All operatons you perform on a score in Mus2 can be reverted with the Undo<\/strong> command\u00a0(Windows: CTRL+Z<\/strong>; Mac: \u2318Z<\/strong>) in the Edit<\/strong> menu. Undone actions can be repeated with the\u00a0Redo<\/strong> command (Windows: CTRL <\/span>+ Y<\/strong>; Mac: \u21e7\u2318Z<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

To copy and paste notes in the same score or between scores, use the commands listed\u00a0below.<\/p>\n

Edit Operations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Undo<\/th>\nReverts the last action performed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Redo<\/th>\nRepeats the last undone action.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Cut<\/th>\nCopies the selected notes and deletes the originals.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Copy<\/th>\nCopies the selected notes without deleting the originals.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Paste All<\/th>\nPastes the copied notes and any attached slurs, dynamics and tuplets.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Paste Notes<\/th>\nPastes the copied notes without slurs, dynamics and tuplets.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Delete<\/th>\nDeletes the selected notes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Shift Notes<\/th>\nShifts the selected notes upwards or downwards.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Reset Note Positions<\/th>\nClears the manual position adjustments made to the selected notes. See Adjust the position of notes<\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Change the Font of the Lyrics<\/th>\nChanges the font\/point settings of all lyrics syllables in the score<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Change Floating text Font<\/th>\nChanges the font\/point settings of all floating texts in the score<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Select All<\/th>\nSelects all the notes in the score.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Preferences<\/th>\nSee Preferences<\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Before using the Cut<\/strong> and Copy<\/strong> commands, you must select one or more notes. To select all the notes in the score, use the Select All<\/strong> command. To select a group of notes, click the Hand<\/strong> tool and choose the Select notes<\/strong> option (see Cut, copy and delete notes<\/a>).<\/p>\n

To paste the copied notes at a specific location, use the Cursor tool (see Cursor<\/a>) or right-\u00adclick at the desired location and choose the Paste<\/strong> command. The paste cursor is shown as an orange line.<\/p>\n
