Importing Files

To import a file in XML format into Mus2, the “File” => “Import” => “XML File…” slice should be used.

File => Import => XML File
File => Import => XML File

The bottom of the window will look like the following. If there are files in *.xml format in the opened folder, such files will be listed in the window. After selecting the desired file from the list, click the “Open” button.

To give you an idea a file in the form of the following will be tranferred to the Mus2 screen;

If there are any errors or omissions regarding the transferred work, the xml file and the original work file can be sent to [email protected].

Opening files in formats known to Mus2 (such as *.xml, *.mu2) can be done from the “Import” slice or from the “File” => “Open…” menu.
